Asked at the desk
The answer card
The questions that reach the desk most often, answered the way we would across a table.
Where does the order actually happen?
Every button on this shelf opens the live listing with our retail partner. The cart, the payment and the delivery all live on their side. This site is the catalog, the sizing advice and the desk that answers ink questions.
When will a bottle arrive?
The delivery window is printed at the partner checkout before anything is confirmed, and it depends on the address and the speed picked. Whatever their page says beats anything a catalog could promise.
A bottle arrived leaking or short.
Start from the order page with the retail partner; a few taps there open the case and set the road back. Our page called When a bottle misses walks the same steps in plain words.
Does the ink come out of clothes?
The ink is water based. A fresh mark on most everyday fabrics lifts in an ordinary wash, and the sooner it meets water the easier it goes. Treat a dried mark like any craft ink stain: soak first, then wash.
Will Dazzle glitter clog the tip?
No. The flakes are milled to ride through the foam, which is the part we worked hardest on. Give the bottle one firm shake with the cap on before the first game so the glitter spreads back through the ink.
Can one order mix sizes and shades?
Yes. Dozens and cases come packed from the line in the assortments each card lists, and an order can put a solid dozen, a glitter pack and a few minis in the same delivery to the cupboard.
A shade shows out of stock. Now what?
The shelf shows the last state we saw, and listings drift back in as the line runs. Check the live listing behind the button, and if a shade has been gone a while, write to the desk and we will say what we know.
