Which desk for which question

Anything about an order already placed, a parcel on the road or a bottle that arrived wrong starts from your order page with our retail partner. That page holds the live status and the buttons that move things. Anything about the ink itself, or which pack to pick next, is ours.

We answer in plain words, usually within a couple of game nights. If a question needs the partner instead, we say so and point at the right page rather than leaving it hanging.
