A dauber ordered from this shelf travels with our retail partner from their building to your door. We do not run the vans, so this page will not pretend to know what only their checkout knows.

What the checkout tells you

Before an order is confirmed, the partner checkout prints the delivery window for your address and each speed on offer. Those numbers are live and they rule. Anything printed here would go stale by the weekend.

Following a parcel

Once the parcel is on the road, your order page with the partner follows it stop by stop. That page is also where a late or lost parcel gets raised, because the people who can act on it are on that side.
